Job Functions: Breed-specific trims, approve styling finishes of intermediate and beginning groomers, puppy cuts, and kennel trims, along with consulting with clients. In addition, you will be required to have the knowledge necessary to trim most common breeds of dogs, as well as basic styles for mixed breeds, understand dog behavior, anatomy, skin and coat care and, preferably, be certified in dog and cat first aid/CPR. Most bathing and brushing will be performed by bather-brushers and beginning groomers. However, based on demand, some job duties will require assistance to these functions.

Intermediate Level Groomer:
Education: High school degree or equivalency with formal education in Pet Styling
