However, if you cancel your ad within 48 hours of publication you will receive a credit for a
future PetGroomer.com classified ad. Your credit must be used with 180 days or
it will expire, and your credit is not redeemable for anything other than a
new classified ad at PetGroomer.com.
By submitting an ad
request either for a paid or free ad, you
acknowledge as having read and agreed to PetGroomer.com's Terms
of Use, Disclaimer Notice and Privacy Policy.
Paid ads are given priority and we attempt
to publish them within 48 hours of a properly submitted request accompanied
by payment in full. Free Job Ads are usually published
within 10 days of our receipt of a properly submitted ad request. Additional time may be
necessary to publish ads. We are not responsible for submissions
lost in transit by any means.
We ask that requests for edits or removals
of FREE JOB ADS be done by email,
postal mail (Find A Groomer, PO Box 2489, Yelm, WA 98597) or fax 360-446-5234
in respect that we have provided these ads at no charge and calls to our
office raise expenses which make it difficult to keep these ads on a free
basis.
We do not accept free job ads soliciting
investment capital or business partners which would more correctly be placed
as a a paid ad in the Business for Sale section as a business opportunity ad.
These paid ads must not violate Securities Exchange Commission rules and
evidence of such status in writing submitted to our office may be requested or
the paid ad refused.
We publish your classified ad(s) at
PetGroomer.com which is then available to the general public worldwide as long
as they have an Internet connection and web browser suitable to view
PetGroomer.com. We make no claims or guarantees whatsoever that you will be
able to sell your product(s) and/or service(s) by advertising at
PetGroomer.com. Further, by placing your advertisement(s) with PetGroomer.com
you hold harmless Find A Groomer Inc., the owner and operator of
PetGroomer.com and all of its advertising sponsors and employees or business
associates, from any damages, claims or losses that you may suffer as a result
of selling your product(s) and/or service(s) with any person(s) contacting you
as a result of advertising at PetGroomer.com without exception. Any unusual or
suspicious activity in negotiating the sale of your product(s) and/or
service(s) should be reviewed with your legal counsel, and you may report such
activity to PetGroomer.com. We encourage all sellers to seek the advice of
their legal counsel when selling product(s) and/or service(s).
Free Job Ads are 1) ads which offer a pet
industry job or 2) ads from a person seeking a pet industry job. Ads seeking
to purchase a business are not job related, but self-employment related and
there ads seeking a business to purchase are considered a Paid Ad and would be
placed in Business for Sale. Ads seeking a mobile grooming van are not
job-related and therefore considered a Paid Ad and would be placed in New &
Used Mobile Grooming Vans for Sale.
Important: Only the owner, its authorized management or
fiduciary
may submit an ad for business for sale or groomer van for sale. A submission
without the name of the full name of person making the submission (owner, manager, president, etc.) will NOT be listed,
no exceptions. Children, meaning anyone under the age of 18 years,
should not submit advertisements. By submitting an ad request for any
category of ads here, you
imply to our company that you are authorized to do so or that you are the
owner of the business where applicable.
Find A Groomer,
Inc. does not sell, provide or release personal information collected here
including e-mail addresses to any other party or organization. Though we may
request or gather demographic information, we never release the names of our
customers to anyone.
You ensure that the information you provide is true and
correct. You may submit corrections for typographical errors once your listing is posted,
or to reflect changes in the status of the information provided. Note: It
is expected that you will return within 10 days of your submission and
check the accuracy of your listing, and immediately notify us by e-mail of
any changes or corrections required.
Free Job Ads - the same may be placed in a
maximum of 3 U.S. states or other area based sections. There is a $20.00
charge to place the ad in more than 3 U.S. states or other area based sections
to help cover the cost of labor. Please call 1-800-556-5131 with credit card
information, or mail a check with your ad listing the various sections where
you want the ad placed.
We reserve the right to edit or refuse
submissions not in accordance with the entirety of these policies and
procedures without notice. Free Job Ads are limited to 250 characters and
spaces except for those submitted by current PetGroomer.com
advertising sponsors which may exceed 250 characters and spaces.

Inc. does not guarantee the
accuracy of the information provided by any advertiser, and is not responsible for typographical errors.
We will modify posted information at no cost to you during the posting
period when requested by an authorized contact. Corrections will be made within
30 days upon receipt of your notice of correction. Urgent corrections may be
accommodated without guarantee by calling our Webmaster at 360-446-5348 in
the U.S. Please report any problems you have with an advertiser to the
Webmaster also, and if possible we will attempt to resolve problems where
applicable.
You are responsible to contact us with changes to your
ad(s) or to cancel your ad entirely. To help us identify your ad provide
your name (required) and contact information, and describe your ad in
general. Then provide specific changes you desire, or your request for
cancellation.
There is a 3 month minimum fee for all ads
ranging from $18.00 to $32.00 depending upon the size of the ad, and photo
if applicable. For each subsequent renewal, a new 3 month minimum becomes
effective. You can save money by paying in advance for one year. If you pay
for a one year ad, there is a 6 month minimum fee and thereafter you will
receive a pro rated refund for the balance within 30 days of providing
notice of cancellation. We ask that you only submit cancellations by 1) e-mail
and whereupon we will send you a confirmation e-mail of the cancellation and
refund if any, and if you do not receive a confirmation you should not
assume we received your original cancellation request, it may have been lost
in transit and not considered received by our offices, or you may 2)
telephone your cancellation in the U.S. 800-556-5131 or outside U.S.
360-446-5348.
Free Help Wanted Ads are limited to job
applicants and independently owned pet care small businesses. Corporate
recruiters (a chain of 5 or more locations) may place ads only if they are a
banner advertising sponsor of PetGroomer.com. If they have 25 or less
locations, they may qualify to place free help wanted ads if they hold Gold
Plus 1 or 2 sponsorships. If they have 25 to 50 locations, the minimum
sponsorship program to place help wanted ads is Platinum Level. A company
with more than 50 locations must be a Diamond Level sponsor to place help
wanted ads.
An e-mail return address or telephone number is required
for us to contact you if necessary. We strongly encourage you to provide an
e-mail address so that we can keep you best informed about the status of
your ad as needed. We attempt to provide 14 day advance notice of all paid
ad expirations.
PetGroomer.com and Find A Groomer, Inc. generally do
not make endorsements of any company, person, product or service including
applicants for job positions or job searches. Our ads
are NOT an endorsement of you, your
company, service or product. You are NOT authorized to represent in any way that
your ad is an endorsement of any kind.
All endorsements made by PetGroomer.com and Find A Groomer, Inc. are done
so only by our legal
representative issuing a formal written endorsement from Find A Groomer, Inc.
We reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone. No material
considered "adult entertainment" is appropriate in this site.
We reserve
the right to terminate the PetGroomer.com Classified Ads and provide pro
rated refunds for all prepaid advertising. We reserve the right to modify
these policies and procedures without
notice at any time and which shall affect all new advertising from the time
of revision.
You acknowledge that your listing is in the
public domain. We cannot guarantee that anyone with Internet access will not
copy and make use of your ad information without our consent,
and we shall not be held responsible as a result.
Pictures added to classified ads at the
discretion of PetGroomer.com for their appropriateness. Collages of multiple
photographs can be very difficult to view for users with high resolution
screens, therefore collages are cropped into the individual photos, and each
photo is subject to the current photo publishing fee. Maximum of 6 photos per
ad. Portrait photos are resized to 200 pixels wide. Landscape photos are
resized to 250 pixels wide.
Replacing already published photos: if we
publish photos you provide and later you want to exchange 1 or more with new
photo(s) there is a $10.00 service fee for the exchange.
