• There are TWO sizes of ads. Basic Ad is 400 or less CHARACTERS & SPACES.  Large Ad is 401 to 800 CHARACTERS & SPACES. Not words. Please count your characters and spaces before you finalize and submit your ad. On average 3 to 4 sentences is usually 400 or less characters and spaces.
• We accept photos or logos for all paid ads. Add $5 per graphic or photo. Call about adding logo or picture to a free help wanted or job search ad.
• Paid ads are for a minimum of 3 months. Free help wanted ads are for 6 months.
• You may place the EXACT same ad in more than one classifieds section and receive a 25% discount on the 2nd or later ads. If you are placing duplicate ads, please do not use Paypal to pay because it does not calculate the discount.

Should you add photos? Success! The box truck I listed last week has been sold. I advertised in both the Mobile Vans/Trailers section and the Business for Sale section. Your tip on lots of photos was the key. I ran the ad for 3 months before with only 1 exterior photo...it generated about 2 calls per week but no offers. I re-ran it with 6 photos showing off the interior and had 3 people driving 4 hours each to race here with a deposit in the first couple days...and all 3 would probably have bought it! M.G.

$5.00 Service Fee to Exchange or Expand Your Photos - If you submit photos and we publish them, and later you request us to replace or add them with 1 or more new photos; there is a $5.00 service to compensate for the time it takes us prepare and publish the new photos. Please try to do all your photos in the first setup. It helps to keep our ad prices low. Thanks.

E-mail: If you have a digital camera you can email photos to us. Send them as an attachment to an email to findagroomer@earthlink.net. If you use Microsoft Outlook, click New for a new email, click Insert then File and identify the location of your photos to attach. Your camera software often has even easier ways to attach them as well. For best results, please send as JPG format whenever possible, but we can accept GIF and BMP formats.

Scanner: If you have photos printed and a scanner you can scan your photos and email them to us. PLEASE DO NOT SCAN PHOTOS PRINTED OUT ON COLOR INKJETS UNLESS THEY ARE HIGH RESOLUTION. They will look very grainy. Better to send us glossy or mat photos, or photos direct from your camera. We have found that most people do not have the experience to scan and retouch photos very well, so let us do that is your best advice.

Postal Mail for Print Photos Only: If you have print photos we will scan them FREE here in our office. Mail them to our office. If using postal mail to send print photos we advise you to not send your only originals; we are not responsible for their loss. Label your name and contact info on back of all photos. Online Web Photos: If your photos are already published online we can often grab them from the web page. Just let us know the URL of the page where your photos are published on the Web.

If you are outside the U.S. we accept major credit cards, or money order or bank check by mail in U.S. funds drawn a U.S. bank. Usually you can go to a local U.S. bank branch in your area and purchase a money order in U.S. drawn on U.S. bank. Of course, credit card is easiest and we suggest PayPal. Other alternatives coming soon.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us once processed. If you are paying for a photo with your ad, be sure to mail your photo to Find A Groomer Inc., P.O. Box 2489, Yelm, WA 98597 or e-mail as attachment with your name to findagroomer@earthlink.net as soon as possible. Thank you. If you have more than 1 photo you must send $5 for each additional photo. Remember, we do NOT publish a photo that is a "collage" of 2 or more photos as 1 photo. Each photo counts as 1 photo and there is a fee of $5 per photo. "Collage" photos appear so small on the site that people really cannot discern much from them, we did this before and had many complaints. There is a 6 photo maximum per ad. If you want your ad posted in 2 different sections, such as Grooming Business for Sale AND Mobile Grooming Vans for Sale, you get a discount on the 2nd or greater placements. PayPal cannot calculate the discount. If you want the discount, please call in a credit card number or mail payment. Our prices are so "cheap" within our industry that we do not provide refunds after your ad is published online, all sales are final. If you cancel your ad within 48 hours you can get a credit for a future ad which expires in 180 days from date of issue.
